We pride ourselves on personal, prompt and helpful communication, so please feel free to contact us by email or phone with any questions or concerns that you might have. Check out these FAQ’s though, as you might find the answer here.
We are a locally owned and operated company in Far North Queensland! The fact that we cater for maximum group of up to 15 riders means that we can provide you with a truly personalised and customised experience.
The cost of your adventure includes;
A comprehensive Information Sheet will be emailed to you after you’ve booked, but in a nutshell you’ll need to bring your riding gear, bike licence, toiletries and a change of clothes for the nights at campsites. A backpack and/or camelback (minimum 3 litre is advised – it’s thirsty work!) is essential to carry food, water and any personal belongings that you wish to carry with you on the bike.
We strongly encourage all participants to bring their own safety gear, including chest protectors, knee/shin protectors, neck brace. Rider safety is our highest priority!
Cameras, drones and GoPro’s are all encouraged to be brought along!
Sun protection and mosquito repellent are provided.
On medication? Our support vehicle can carry medications in the fridge, if required.
15KG Bag limit.
No problem – for a cost of $150, we can provide you with pants, boots, gloves, helmet, riding jersey and goggles.
Our rider guides are qualified first-aiders, so can help you out with their first aid kits. In the unfortunate event that you’re unable to continue riding, our support vehicle can pick you up. We are equipped with satellite phones, so emergency services can be contacted should this be required.
GNMA strongly recommends that you obtain accident insurance to cover you in case you’re injured.
Advise us ASAP! If you can find someone to take your place, even better! We’re only able to run tours during the dry season, therefore our tours are planned and groups booked well in advance. We cannot recover our costs associated with your cancelled camp accommodation, park permits or the Qantas and helicopter bookings. Once you’ve booked and paid your deposit, your deposit is non-refundable.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the date of the ride. We strongly recommend that you organise travel insurance to provide cover in the event that your personal circumstances change and you need to cancel your booking.
We only ask that you pay for any damage incurred such as breakages to those parts and/or accessories that are unable to be repaired and will need to be replaced. This also includes damage to any riding gear that you’ve hired from us.
We can adapt to all levels of rider experience and age is no limit (all riders require a licence, however). Our guides can help you get through the difficult areas of terrain and our sweep rider has got your back! The speed of the tour will be driven by rider skill – we’re not all about full throttle.
Sure, so long as your doctor has cleared you for this type of activity. Just let us know if you have any medical conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, etc.
Vegan? Vegetarian? Pescetarian? Gluten free? We’ve done it all without hassle or fanfare. Just let us know at the time of booking.
